The foundation of every Buckbuilt athlete. We conduct a comprehensive movement screen, arm health evaluation, and baseline performance testing.

Receive your position-specific program including strength blocks, arm care protocols, and mobility drills tailored to your schedule (In-Season or Off-Season).

Execute your training with technical precision. Track every lift and progress metric through our system to ensure consistent gains that actually transfer to the field.

FAQ

How Long Are The Classes

Classes run for 60 minutes.  There is alwasy a warm up, dynamic or plyometrics , a focused strength followed by arm care and auxillary lifts.

What Are Is The Age Range in Class?

Athletes only differ in degree not kind.  Any and all of the movements can be scaled to fit the age, size and strength of the player so it is not uncommon to have a middle school player training besides a high school player in each class.

How many days per week?

Training frequency is set for three classes a week with "homework" available on off days.  In Season the volumne gets reduced to two classes per week.

Is Hitting Available During The Season?

Absolutely!  Either in person or remotely, we always hit!

Do you offer remote programs?

Yes we do!  Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Swing Analysis and program development is offered year round.
